Easy assembly is achieved without bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components. The shelving has a sturdy roll-formed steel frame with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The shelving includes sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking, which ships in two pieces.
