The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. The open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, facilitating sprinkler water passage for improved fire safety. The product is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel and is easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Particle board ships in two pieces, and the starter unit dimensions and configurations accommodate various heights, widths, and depths, supporting retail, commercial, and industrial applications.
