The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate deck is designed to maximize storage space in retail, commercial, and industrial settings, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing customization to fit various heights, widths, and depths. The unit features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments. The shelves have a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging.
