The SC Preferred 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add on with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable, roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full loads, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments using rugged 14 GA steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams. The open design provides four side access for maximum flexibility, and easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components. Expansion is simplified by joining units with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the shelving, and decking must be ordered separately.
