The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate deck measures 72" W x 18" D x 72" H and is designed to maximize your storage area. It features a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level and is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial applications. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments for flexible storage options. The shelving is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing providing maximum support, including front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint to eliminate back and side sway. The unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The finish is chip resistant gray baked enamel, and the shelves are topped with a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick melamine surface decking with pre-cut square edging in white laminated particle board, which ships in two pieces. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, allowing for simple set-up and expansion by joining units with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together.
