The SC Preferred 5 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces. It features a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level, durable and adaptable construction, and open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving is easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and decking must be ordered separately.
