The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments for customization. The shelving unit offers easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required, using snap-in components. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights, punched on 1" centers, and double riveted horizontal beams. The shelves feature a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard provides a cost-effective solid decking, which ships in two pieces. The shelving system is designed for various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every area of a facility, allowing four-sided access for maximum flexibility.
