The SC Preferred™ 2 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with wire decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, offering durable and adaptable storage with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required, utilizing snap-in components for quick setup. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support and includes front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints and eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit comes with rugged 2" x 1" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The wire decking allows for ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, enabling sprinkler water to pass throughout the racks to improve fire safety and potentially lower insurance premiums. Particle board ships in two pieces. Warranty terms apply.
