The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial applications. It features adjustable open shelves at 1" increments for adaptable storage and easy assembly that requires no bolts, nuts, or clips. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking offer a cost-effective solid surface, with the particle board shipping in two pieces.
