The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts, providing a structurally secure joint and preventing back and side sway. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking promotes ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while allowing sprinkler water to pass easily, improving fire safety.
