The SC Preferred 3 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It is durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments for flexible organization. The shelving unit is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing that provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14-gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures durability and ease of maintenance. The open design allows four-sided access, maximizing usability, and the kit features easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Units can be expanded and joined with more stability and less construction effort than bolting starter units together. Decking must be ordered separately.
