The SC Preferred 3 shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications to maximize storage area with various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility space. Each add-on unit features a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level, durable roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments with rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, while the sturdy and smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard provides cost-effective solid decking, shipping in two pieces. The shelving is designed for easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no nuts, bolts, or clips, allowing four side access for maximum flexibility and easy expansion by joining units for enhanced stability with less construction complexity.
