The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage space with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The open design allows four-side access, providing maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish adds durability. Wire decking provides ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while allowing sprinkler water to pass throughout the racks, improving fire safety.
