The SC Preferred 3 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces. It supports a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level and offers durable, adaptable storage with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving features a sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, with front-to-back supports that help prevent beam rotation under full load. Construction includes double rivet button stud joints that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway and ensuring structural security. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T-posts punched at 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish provides durability. The open design offers four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the shelving assembles easily without bolts, nuts, or clips, employing snap-in components. Expansion is simplified by joining units with greater stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together.
