The SC Preferred™ 2 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces. It features a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level and adjustable open shelves at 1" increments, with various heights, widths, and depths available to fit nearly any facility layout. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing includes 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. The snap-in components allow easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, while the wire decking provides ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and allows sprinkler water to pass through easily, improving fire safety. The package includes the shelving starter unit with all necessary uprights and beams, ensuring structural strength and adaptability.
