The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. This durable and adaptable storage solution is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for customizable storage configurations. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks the perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish provides durability, and the smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking offers a cost-effective solid surface; the particle board ships in two pieces.
