The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and provide four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Easy assembly is ensured with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and front-to-back supports help prevent beams from rotating when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The unit includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, which ships in two pieces, offering a cost-effective solid surface.
