The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for versatile use. The shelving system is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, including front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the shelving includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard for solid, cost-effective decking. The design allows four side access for maximum flexibility, with easy assembly that requires no bolts, nuts, or clips.
