The SC Preferred™ 2 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suited for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The shelving includes open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, providing flexibility, and easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into the corner posts with double rivet button stud construction to prevent back and side sway, and sturdy roll-formed steel framing that ensures maximum support and prevents beam rotation when fully loaded. The open design allows four side access for convenience. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the solid decking consists of sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard.
