The SC Preferred™ 2 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. The durable shelving features adjustable open shelves that can be repositioned at 1" increments. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1-1/2" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams provides maximum support and prevents beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, forming a structurally secure joint to eliminate back and side sway. The kit includes a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking. Easy assembly is ensured with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
