The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It is durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility, and assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into the corner posts to form structurally secure joints preventing sway. Front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The chip resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the sturdy roll-formed steel framing. The shelving uses sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard for cost-effective solid decking, suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications.
