The SC Preferred 5 Shelf Standard Duty Boltless Shelving Add On with Laminate Deck measures 96" wide by 18" deep by 72" high and features a laminate deck designed to maximize storage area. It supports a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level and is suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications. The open design provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility, with open shelves adjustable in 1" increments. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, while front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14-gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the melamine surface decking is stain-resistant, easy to clean, 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging and white laminated particle board, which ships in two pieces. The product complies with standard industry specifications and includes a warranty covering manufacturing defects.
