The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial storage, accommodating a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking shipped in two pieces. The open shelves offer four-side access and are adjustable in 1" increments for maximum flexibility. The shelving features durable roll-formed steel framing, front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts for structural security, eliminating back and side sway. It has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and allows easy assembly without bolts, nuts, or clips.
