The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving unit offers easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. Various heights, widths, and depths are available to fit nearly any facility area. Its open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility, and snap-in components enable quick set-up. Expansion is simplified by joining units, providing more stability and less construction effort compared to bolting two starter units together. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1-inch centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1-inch increments. The unit features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and decking must be ordered separately.
