The SC Preferred 3-shelf heavy-duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level, adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for customization, and the unit features easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load and double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts for structural security and stability. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and the wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water to pass freely, improving fire safety. The particle board included ships in two pieces.
