The SC Preferred 5 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate deck measures 96" W x 18" D x 84" H and is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint to eliminate back and side sway. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The laminate deck is 1/2" thick, stain resistant, and easy to clean with a melamine surface and pre-cut square edging in white/laminated finish. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Particle board ships in two pieces. The shelving is certified to meet industrial standards, and the product includes warranty terms as specified by the manufacturer.
