The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage space with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications. The shelving features durable roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load and uses double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments with rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility, and units can be easily expanded and joined without bolts, nuts, or clips, providing greater stability with less construction effort. The shelving comes with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and includes sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking, which ships in two pieces. Assembly is quick and easy with snap-in components.
