The SC Preferred 4 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate deck measures 96"W x 30"D x 60"H and features a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, providing durable and adaptable storage with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The laminate deck is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, made of stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface, and ships in two pieces as particle board. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish on sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, including front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The open design allows four-side access and easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and units can be joined together with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together.
