The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level, making it durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, providing flexibility for various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every area of a facility. The starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts for structural security, and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the roll-formed steel framing, while the sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking ships in two pieces and offers a cost-effective solid surface. The system offers easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
