The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The unit is easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Various heights, widths, and depths accommodate nearly every area of your facility. Its open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility, and expansion is simplified by joining units with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish complements the sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, which ships in two pieces and provides a cost-effective solid surface.
