The SC Preferred™ 3-shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. This durable and adaptable storage solution is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments for customizable storage. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts for structural security, preventing back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and the chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and easy passage of sprinkler water for improved fire safety. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Particle board ships in two pieces.
