The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf, heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for customizable configuration. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing that provides maximum support, including front-to-back supports to help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable on 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish adds durability. Wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while permitting sprinkler water to pass through easily, enhancing fire safety. Particle board ships in two pieces.
