The SC Preferred™ 2 shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage space with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments, and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking that ships in two pieces. The shelving system has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and a roll-formed steel frame providing maximum support. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
