The SC Preferred 3 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It is suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications with various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility area. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and provide four-side access for maximum flexibility. The unit features easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The shelving includes sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking shipped in two pieces, providing a cost-effective solid surface.
