The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed for retail, industrial, and commercial storage applications with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched at 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, providing sturdy support and preventing beam rotation under full load. The open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments, and the open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components to form structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking promotes ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily for improved fire safety. The particle board included ships in two pieces.
