The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, accommodating various heights, widths, and depths. Each level supports a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for flexible configuration. The package includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into corner posts using double rivet button stud construction, eliminating back and side sway. The shelving features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips; components snap into place. Decking must be ordered separately.
