The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf, Standard Duty Boltless Shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the unit is easy to assemble with no bolts, nuts, or clips required. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while enabling sprinkler water to pass through easily, improving fire safety. Particle board ships in two pieces.
