The SC Preferred 5 Shelf Standard Duty Boltless Shelving Add On with Laminate Deck measures 96" wide by 30" deep by 60" high and features a laminate deck designed to maximize storage area. It supports a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level and is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial applications. The shelving includes open shelves adjustable at 1" increments, with snap-in components for easy assembly requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility, and add-on units can be joined with enhanced stability and less construction compared to bolting starter units together. The structure comprises sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically on 1" increments. The shelves have a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick melamine surface decking with pre-cut square edging in white laminate. The particle board ships in two pieces.
