The SC Preferred 3 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving add on with laminate deck measures 96" W x 30" D x 84" H and is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. This durable and adaptable storage solution is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the shelving unit features an open design allowing four side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts with double rivet button stud construction, providing a structurally secure joint and eliminating back and side sway. The roll-formed steel framing ensures maximum support and front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The laminate deck is stain resistant, easy to clean with a melamine surface that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging and is chip resistant with a gray baked enamel finish on the steel components. Particle board ships in two pieces. Assembly is easy with snap-in components and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips. Expansion is simple by joining additional units with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together.
