The SC Preferred 4 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with laminate deck is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable construction suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, accommodating various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any area. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing customization, and the open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The shelves have a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and feature stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging in white laminated particle board, which ships in two pieces.
