The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments, allowing customization for various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area. The open design permits four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Expansion is simplified by joining units with greater stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically on 1" increments. The unit has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish. Wire decking permits ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, allowing sprinkler water to pass throughout racks easily, enhancing fire safety and potentially lowering insurance premiums. Particle board ships in two pieces.
