The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate deck is designed for retail, industrial, and commercial storage, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. This durable and adaptable shelving features open shelves adjustable at 1" increments and includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts using double rivet button stud construction for a structurally secure joint, preventing back and side sway. The shelving unit offers four side access with an open design and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The chip resistant gray baked enamel finish frames complement the stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine decking, which measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging and ships in two pieces. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components.
