The SC Preferred 3-shelf heavy-duty boltless shelving starter with laminate deck is engineered to maximize storage space in retail, commercial, and industrial environments. Each level supports a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. The shelving unit features adjustable open shelves on 1" increments for versatile storage configurations and easy assembly requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into the corner posts, preventing back and side sway. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The deck is constructed of 1/2" thick stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish on the steel components. The particle board shipping arrives in two pieces.
