The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter kit with laminate deck provides durable and adaptable storage for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable in 1" increments, allowing customization to fit various storage needs. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts using a double rivet button stud construction, preventing back and side sway and ensuring structural security. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. The shelving is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the deck surface features a 1/2" thick white laminated melamine that is stain resistant and easy to clean, with pre-cut square edging. The open design allows four-sided access and provides maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, with snap-in components for quick setup. The particle board laminate deck ships in two pieces.
