The SC Preferred 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter measures 72"Wx24"Dx120"H with a laminate deck designed to maximize storage area, suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications. It supports a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level and features durable, adaptable storage with adjustable open shelves at 1" increments. The unit offers an open design for four-side access and easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, including front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Construction includes double rivet button stud locking of perimeter beams into corner posts for structural integrity, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched at 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The finish is chip resistant with gray baked enamel, and the decking is a stain resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface, 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The particle board ships in two pieces.
