The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter measures 72"W x 36"D x 120"H and features a laminate deck designed to maximize storage area, suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications. It supports a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level and offers durable, adaptable storage with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving has an open design that allows four-side access for maximum flexibility and easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking measure 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging.
