The SC Preferred 4 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, providing flexibility with various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area. The assembly is easy, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, using sturdy roll-formed 14 GA steel framing with 2" x 1" uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures durability, and wire decking promotes ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water flow for improved fire safety.
