The SC Preferred 4 shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with laminate deck is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial storage applications, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments, and a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The open design allows four-side access and provides maximum flexibility, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load and double rivet button stud construction securing the beams to the corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, offering easy set-up with snap-in components. Particle board ships in two pieces.
