The SC Preferred 3 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter measures 96"W x 18"D x 120"H and features a laminate deck designed to maximize storage area. It supports a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level and is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for flexible configuration. The shelving unit is easy to assemble without bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components. It includes rugged 2" x 1-1/2" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, providing a structurally secure joint that prevents back and side sway. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the decking surface is stain-resistant, easy to clean melamine that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging in white laminated particle board, which ships in two pieces.
