The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. This shelving unit offers an open design allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility and includes rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, and a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish. The wire decking provides ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while allowing sprinkler water to pass throughout, improving fire safety and compliance with insurance standards. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing and double rivet button stud construction lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. This add-on kit enables easy expansion and stable joining of units with less construction than bolting starter units together.
